RETURN POLICY

All payments are completely non-refundable, with the following exceptions: 1) If, within 72 hours of ordering you, the client, decide that you do not wish to have your Production created, and the Production has not been completed, a refund will be issued for any balance remaining after deducting labor charges of $75/per hour for services already rendered on behalf of your Production/Production Design Form order. In such a case, the refund through PayPal will be accompanied by an email delineating the services that were performed, and this will be sent within 7 working days. 2) If there are any misspelled titles, names, dates or similar information on your Production that was clearly spelled correctly on the Production Design Form, then Dazzle On Disc will happily send you a new copy(ies) of the Production at our cost. If necessary to meet a special event deadline, we will use over-night shipping in such a case.

Please read our Terms of Service to understand our all aspects related to our service, and specifically how they may create slight differences in what you ordered and what is created in the final Production and shipped. Overall, though, we will perform in good faith to meet all your specifications presented to us in your Production Design Form.

Any changes requested to a Production must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, normal service labor rates apply ($75 per hour) to effect those changes. A quote can be requested to inquire on the cost of making certain changes.
